Description

Shoulder bag with adjustable long handle made of khaki cotton herringbone tape with black stitching. With a thick fabric upholstery in khaki green. Top closure with zip. With inside pocket. Lined with thick gray fabric on the inside. For proper maintenance it is advisable to wash it cold by hand and not use a dryer.

Very handy for hiking, traveling and when we want to have easy access to what we have inside. It is worn bag type, not to carry to the waist.

From sketch to idea

DESIGN

First, the garment is designed, defining the model, the measurements, the type of fabric and the details that will be part of the final product.

Preparing the fabric

PREPARATION AND MARKING

Then, the fabric is unrolled on the cutting table, where the pattern is placed and the pieces are marked directly on the material.

Precision to the millimeter

CUTTING

Next, the cutting machine is used to cut the fabric, carefully following the marked lines of the pattern.

Joining every piece

MAKING

Once the pieces are cut, they are assembled using sewing machines, making the garment through an assembly-line production process.

Final check

QUALITY CONTROL

Finally, the garment goes through a quality control to detect and correct any possible defects or imperfections before its final finish.
