Shipping conditions
The shipping conditions for our products are as follows:
- Spain peninsula: Free shipping on orders over 29,99€. Delivery time of 3-5 working days depends on the area.
- Canary, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: the shipping costs are calculated at the checkout. Delivery time of 2-7 working days.
- International (other countries): the shipping costs are calculated at the checkout. Duties or local taxes not included. Delivery time of 2-15 working days depends on the area
- We inform via mail to our customers once their order has left the warehouse.
- No deliveries on public holidays or during weekends.
- During periods of high demand such as Black Friday, special promotions or the Christmas campaign, delivery times may be affected due to the high volume of shipments managed by transport agencies. Although we prepare and ship all orders as quickly as possible, normal delivery times may be delayed. These delays are outside of our online store. We appreciate your understanding.
