Book cover with zipper and matching bookmark. Made with a thick 80% cotton and 20% polyester jacquard fabric with a geometric pattern in pink and lilac tones. Lined with thick gray fabric on the inside. For proper maintenance, it is advisable to wash in cold water and not use a dryer.

First, the garment is designed, defining the model, measurements, fabric type, and details that will be part of the final product.

Preparing the fabric

Then, the fabric is unrolled onto the cutting table, where the pattern is placed and the pieces are marked directly onto the fabric.

Next, the cutting machine is used to trim the fabric, carefully following the marked pattern lines.

Joining every piece

MANUFACTURING

Once the pieces are cut, they are assembled using sewing machines, creating the garment through an assembly line production process.

Final review

QUALITY CONTROL

Finally, the garment undergoes a quality control check to detect and correct possible defects or imperfections before its final finishing.
