Description

Zippered glasses case with a small beige cord handle on the side. Made with thick jacquard fabric with a multi-colored geometric print. Each item may have a variation in the print, depending on where the fabric was cut. Lined with thick gray fabric on the inside. For proper care, it is advised to hand wash cold and not tumble dry.

Perfect for keeping our glasses safe. It has ample capacity.

From sketch to idea

DESIGN

First, the garment is designed, defining the model, the measurements, the type of fabric and the details that will be part of the final product.

Preparing the fabric

PREPARATION AND MARKING

Then, the fabric is unrolled on the cutting table, where the pattern is placed and the pieces are marked directly on the material.

Precision to the millimeter

CUTTING

Next, the cutting machine is used to cut the fabric, carefully following the marked lines of the pattern.

Joining every piece

MAKING

Once the pieces are cut, they are assembled using sewing machines, making the garment through an assembly-line production process.

Final check

QUALITY CONTROL

Finally, the garment goes through a quality control to detect and correct any possible defects or imperfections before its final finish.
