Description

Small toiletry bag with top zipper and side terracotta-colored rope handle. Made with thick jacquard fabric, 80% cotton and 20% polyester, with a zigzag pattern in fuchsia pink and orange tones. Each item may have a variation in the print, depending on where the cut of the piece was made. For proper maintenance, it is recommended to wash in cold water and not use a dryer.

Ideal for storing anything, multi-purpose and for everyday use.

From sketch to idea

DESIGN

First, the garment is designed, defining the model, measurements, fabric type, and details that will be part of the final product.

Preparing the fabric

Then, the fabric is unrolled onto the cutting table, where the pattern is placed and the pieces are marked directly onto the fabric.

Next, the cutting machine is used to trim the fabric, carefully following the marked pattern lines.

Joining every piece

MANUFACTURING

Once the pieces are cut, they are assembled using sewing machines, creating the garment through an assembly line production process.

Final review

QUALITY CONTROL

Finally, the garment undergoes a quality control check to detect and correct possible defects or imperfections before its final finishing.
