30Plus SOC Program

At De La Mur, we are committed to creating accessible job opportunities for professionals with experience. That's why we collaborate with the Servei d'Ocupació de Catalunya (SOC) within the framework of the 30Plus program, an initiative designed to support people over 30 who are actively seeking employment.

Through this program, we select candidates whose profile aligns with our company, and as a fundamental part of the project, we offer specific in-company training, tailored to the functions they will perform in their position.

In this way, we not only facilitate their integration into the team but also ensure they acquire the necessary knowledge to perform their work autonomously.

This project is subsidized by the Servei d'Ocupació de Cataluña and the Public Employment Service within the framework of the 30Plus program.
