Description

Laptop sleeve with zipper. Outer pocket with velcro. With an inner foam layer for protection. Made with a thick 80% cotton and 20% polyester jacquard fabric in black/dark gray. Lined with thick gray fabric on the inside. For proper maintenance, it is recommended to hand wash in cold water and do not tumble dry.

Then, the fabric is unrolled onto the cutting table, where the pattern is placed and the pieces are marked directly onto the fabric.

Next, the cutting machine is used to trim the fabric, carefully following the marked pattern lines.

Joining every piece

Once the pieces are cut, they are assembled using sewing machines, creating the garment through an assembly line production process.

Final review

QUALITY CONTROL

Finally, the garment undergoes a quality control check to detect and correct possible defects or imperfections before its final finishing.
