Buff collar made of soft navy blue sherpa fleece fabric, pleasant to the touch and great thermal capacity, ideal to keep warm during the coldest days.

Its comfortable and versatile design brings an elegant touch to any winter look, becoming the perfect complement to protect you from the cold without giving up style.

Measures: 28 × 119 cm (width × height).

Care: It is recommended to wash in cold water and avoid tumble drying to preserve the softness and quality of the fabric.

From sketch to idea

DESIGN

First, the garment is designed, defining the model, the measurements, the type of fabric and the details that will be part of the final product.

Preparing the fabric

PREPARATION AND MARKING

Then, the fabric is unrolled on the cutting table, where the pattern is placed and the pieces are marked directly on the material.

Precision to the millimeter

CUTTING

Next, the cutting machine is used to cut the fabric, carefully following the marked lines of the pattern.

Joining every piece

MAKING

Once the pieces are cut, they are assembled using sewing machines, making the garment through an assembly-line production process.

Final check

QUALITY CONTROL

Finally, the garment goes through a quality control to detect and correct any possible defects or imperfections before its final finish.
