Description

Our beach cushion is designed to make your moments in the sun much more comfortable. Perfect for resting your head while reading, relaxing, or sunbathing, thanks to its practical size of 27 x 12 cm.

It is made of 100% quick-drying poleo fabric, ideal for the beach or pool, and its flocked interior provides a soft and comfortable feel. Features a raw coral print on a blue background. Plus, it's very easy to maintain, as you can conveniently machine wash it with cold water.

First, the garment is designed, defining the model, measurements, fabric type, and details that will be part of the final product.

Then, the fabric is unrolled onto the cutting table, where the pattern is placed and the pieces are marked directly onto the fabric.

Next, the cutting machine is used to trim the fabric, carefully following the marked pattern lines.

Joining every piece

MANUFACTURING

Once the pieces are cut, they are assembled using sewing machines, creating the garment through an assembly line production process.

Final review

QUALITY CONTROL

Finally, the garment undergoes a quality control check to detect and correct possible defects or imperfections before its final finishing.
