Description

Sports bag with medium handles on the top made of toasted beige cotton tape. Made with thick 80% cotton and 20% polyester jacquard fabric with a maroon floral print on a brown background. Top closure with a beige zipper. Interior zip pocket. Lined with thick gray fabric on the inside. For proper maintenance, it is recommended to hand wash it in cold water and not use a dryer.

Perfect for going to the gym, traveling, or for a weekend getaway. Multi-purpose bag with plenty of capacity.

From sketch to idea

DESIGN

First, the garment is designed, defining the model, the measurements, the type of fabric and the details that will be part of the final product.

Preparing the fabric

PREPARATION AND MARKING

Then, the fabric is unrolled on the cutting table, where the pattern is placed and the pieces are marked directly on the material.

Precision to the millimeter

CUTTING

Next, the cutting machine is used to cut the fabric, carefully following the marked lines of the pattern.

Joining every piece

MAKING

Once the pieces are cut, they are assembled using sewing machines, making the garment through an assembly-line production process.

Final check

QUALITY CONTROL

Finally, the garment goes through a quality control to detect and correct any possible defects or imperfections before its final finish.
