Description

Tote bag with shoulder handles. With thick beige corduroy fabric, 80% cotton and 20% polyester. With zipper at the top. For proper maintenance it is advisable to wash it cold and not use dryer.

Ideal for carrying notebooks, agenda, some garment, very comfortable for day to day. It has a small capacity, although it fits quite a lot of things. The tote bag of all life.

Width x Height x Depth 35x36x9 cm. Depending on the thickness of the fabric the measure can vary minimally.

Made with national fabrics in Spain.

To keep it in good condition:

  • Hand wash or machine wash in cold water (max. 30ºC)
  • Use neutral soap
  • Do not tumble dry; let it air dry

From sketch to idea

DESIGN

First, the garment is designed, defining the model, the measurements, the type of fabric and the details that will be part of the final product.

Preparing the fabric

PREPARATION AND MARKING

Then, the fabric is unrolled on the cutting table, where the pattern is placed and the pieces are marked directly on the material.

Precision to the millimeter

CUTTING

Next, the cutting machine is used to cut the fabric, carefully following the marked lines of the pattern.

Joining every piece

MAKING

Once the pieces are cut, they are assembled using sewing machines, making the garment through an assembly-line production process.

Final check

QUALITY CONTROL

Finally, the garment goes through a quality control to detect and correct any possible defects or imperfections before its final finish.
