Description

Fan with matching case. Fan with 100% polyester silk-feel printed fabric and matte polished cherry wood. Case with thick jacquard fabric, 80% cotton and 20% polyester, with a leopard print in pink and lilac tones, with an adjustable drawstring on the sides. For proper maintenance, it is recommended to wash the case in cold water and do not tumble dry.

Case dimensions: Width x Height 9.5 x 28 cm.

For proper maintenance:

From sketch to idea

DESIGN

First, the garment is designed, defining the model, measurements, fabric type, and details that will be part of the final product.

Preparing the fabric

PREPARATION AND MARKING

Then, the fabric is unrolled onto the cutting table, where the pattern is placed and the pieces are marked directly onto the fabric.

Millimeter precision

Next, the cutting machine is used to trim the fabric, carefully following the marked pattern lines.

Joining every piece

MANUFACTURING

Once the pieces are cut, they are assembled using sewing machines, creating the garment through an assembly line production process.

Final review

QUALITY CONTROL

Finally, the garment undergoes a quality control check to detect and correct possible defects or imperfections before its final finishing.
