Our beach cushion is designed to make your moments in the sun much more comfortable. Perfect for resting your head while reading, relaxing, or sunbathing, thanks to its practical size of 27 x 12 cm.

It is made from 100% quick-drying poleo polyester fabric, ideal for the beach or pool, and its flocked interior provides a soft and comfortable feel. Fish print in ecru on a beige background. Plus, it's very easy to maintain, as you can conveniently wash it in the washing machine with cold water.

First, the garment is designed, defining the model, the measurements, the type of fabric and the details that will be part of the final product.

Preparing the fabric

PREPARATION AND MARKING

Then, the fabric is unrolled on the cutting table, where the pattern is placed and the pieces are marked directly on the material.

Precision to the millimeter

CORTE

Next, the cutting machine is used to cut the fabric, carefully following the marked lines of the pattern.

Joining every piece

CONFECCIÓN

Once the pieces are cut, they are assembled using sewing machines, making the garment through an assembly-line production process.

Final check

QUALITY CONTROL

Finally, the garment goes through a quality control to detect and correct any possible defects or imperfections before its final finish.
